Ruger SFAR 7.62/.308

The Ruger SFAR is an advanced rifle that offers exceptional performance and accuracy. Almost identical in size to a traditional AR-15 in 5.56/.223 caliber, the SFAR stands out by chambering the more powerful .308 / 7.62 NATO cartridge. The receiver is made of anodized aluminum and the cold hammered barrel, produced in 41490 chrome-moly steel, is coated with black nitride. This ensures high precision, long service life and easy cleaning and maintenance. The barrel is equipped with 5/8"-24 threads and an effective 2-port Boomer muzzle brake, which controls gas discharge and significantly reduces recoil.

This rifle's gas system includes a 4-position rotary regulator gas block, which ensures optimal reloading with a wide selection of .308 Winchester ammunition and customization when using a silencer. The rifle has a 15" free-floating aluminum handguard with Magpul® M-LOK® accessory slots as well as QD (Quick Disconnect) strap swivels for easy and secure carrying. A Picatinny rail extends from the receiver onto the handguard.

The trigger is Ruger's Elite 452®, which offers a smooth, sharp 4.5-pound two-stage trigger. The rifle comes with a 10-shot magazine.
