Terms & conditions

These conditions are considered to apply to all trade both in the webshop, via invoice and physically at the address. When paying an invoice or making a purchase on www.tacdane.dk, these conditions are accepted.

ORDER At www.tacdane.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the site, you are always more than welcome to contact us by telephone, Facebook or mail. Information on technical data and specifications from the manufacturer or from the seller's website is only indicative. The buyer is responsible for the selection of the service and for achieving the desired result with the purchase. Always check the manufacturer's own website to get the latest product data. All prices on the website are in Danish kroner and incl. 25% VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices and are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. The Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for: Currency changes, force majeure, tax changes and typing errors. INCLUDING THAT THE DISPLAY OF GOODS ON THE ONLINE STORE IS NOT AN OFFER, BUT AN INVITATION TO MAKE AN OFFER, AND A BINDING AGREEMENT IS ONLY ENTERED INTO WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR INVOICE. When you shop with www.tacdane.dk, agreements are made in the following language: Danish A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into with TacDane before you have received an invoice from TacDane.

2. PAYMENT At www.tacdane.dk or at the address you can can be paid with: Visa Mastercard / Debit Visa Electron / Debit Paying with a payment card you are always protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an excess of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the pin code. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can read it. Neither TacDane nor others have the opportunity to read the data. The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are sent from TacDane. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted. We reserve the right to cancel your order against a refund of your payment, right up to and including delivery of the item.

3. SHIPPING We mainly deliver with GLS, Post Danmark or a carrier. Deliveries follow the terms and conditions of the carrier in question. This means that as soon as the package is in their custody, they are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives intact and undamaged. If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, you should preferably refuse to accept the shipment or note "received subject to later inspection and counting of the contents" on the waybill. If you have accepted the shipment and discover damage, please contact TacDane immediately and report the damage. It is always a good idea to take some pictures of the entire shipment, of the waybill on it and of any damage. We are happy to help in these cases, so please send us all documentation and we will proceed with the case.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Note - the right of cancellation does not apply to business purchases. You always have a 14-day right of cancellation for consumer purchases when you shop at www.tacdane.dk. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at kontakt@tacdane.dk or by telephone contact.

In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item until the day it is sent or returned. We must ask that the item be returned latest 14 days after notification of the purchase is cancelled.

Regret beyond the 14 days Cancellation beyond the 14 days can be agreed with TacDane, but means an expense of 20% of the value of the order. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation of purchase when obtaining / ordering item purchased through TacDane TacDane can cancel the purchase when procuring/ordered goods if this is deemed necessary, especially in the case of part or prepayment right up to and including delivery.

Ownership of the purchased items remains with TacDanes until delivery. This also applies after the customer has paid the invoice or applied for a permit for the weapon. When using this right from TacDane, the full amount is refunded by either bank transfer or via. mobilepay.

Please note that repayment of the amount can take up to 20 banking days, depending on the circumstances.

If TacDane exercises the right to cancel, a credit memo will be sent for the amount from the invoice with a request for the payment information for the refund. When these are forwarded by the customer, the trade is considered canceled and all subsequent claims against TacDane are waived.

Storage of unclaimed weapons. If a weapon stored at TacDane is not picked up or another agreement is made within 12 months from the date of purchase or delivery, TacDane reserves the right to resell the weapon to another party in order to cover storage costs. TacDane determines the resale value of the weapon. Ownership of the weapon also passes to TacDane.

Return shipping When the right of withdrawal is used, you must bear the costs of returning the goods, e.g. the return freight. Certain types of goods cannot be returned by normal carrier, for example weapons or similar products. In that case, TacDane can be contacted for the use of one of our business partners, for example a freight forwarder or special transport for returning the goods. This shipping cost will, however, be offset against the value of the item when the amount is refunded to the customer and is expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 1,500. Please note that you are responsible for the item's legal delivery and proper packaging.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if our online RMA form is completed and attached to the return shipment of the item as well as other relevant information such as a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, registration and account number or possibly copy of previous correspondence etc. The condition of the item when you send it back. In the event of a decline in value, this is deducted from the amount that is refunded. Depreciation is assessed if the item is returned in a used and deteriorated condition, so that it cannot be re-sold as new. Based on this, TacDane will assess the impairment and contact you before the amount is refunded.

The provisions of the Purchase Act's defects may apply. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it. The item must be without damage, without signs of wear, without scratches and in a clean and tidy condition if you want to be sure of getting all your money back. Therefore, be careful when unpacking the item, do not remove protective foil/plastic etc. and be careful not to get scratches or marks. The product should look like you would expect a factory-new item to look like - in short, like when you received it. When purchasing products in product groups where the packaging constitutes a significant part of the product's new value, the intact original packaging is always a significant part of the product's value.

Packaging and responsibility for return shipping Please note – we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution. TacDane encourages thorough packaging upon submission, as this is the sender's responsibility. Before. for example, loose internal components such as graphics cards, motherboards, hard drives and the like should always be sent in an antistatic bag - or as you received it. TacDane also encourages that all products are securely packed in suitable filling (e.g. bubble wrap or other shock-absorbing material) and packed in a cardboard box so that the products cannot be damaged during transport. Please also note that if the box is not completely filled, some product types can suffer damage as they can be thrown around a bit in there - this despite being very full. It is at the customer's risk that the item is safely returned to TacDane. You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item from the carrier, however we require that you notify us, otherwise it will extend the processing time. You can also deliver the item in person at our address by agreement.

6. Refund of amounts If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 20 banking days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. As a starting point, the amount is refunded to the same payment card with which the purchase was made, if this is not possible, a refund can be made to your bank account. It is therefore important that we are informed of your bank's registration and account number.

7. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT When you as a consumer shop at www.tacdane.dk, you of course have 24 months' right to complain. However, the right to complain may be limited by the natural lifespan of the product. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate use.

The provisions of the Purchase Act's defects may apply. A defect is an error that was present at the time of delivery – typically a manufacturing and/or material error. Should the product, contrary to expectations, break during the complaint period and be covered by the right of complaint, defective goods will be repaired or exchanged at our or the manufacturer's workshop free of charge. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross abuse on the part of the user is not covered by the right of complaint. This also includes changing the supplied amperage to any relevant component. Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the time of purchase for the claimed product, otherwise the processing time of the case may be extended.

8. Application of the right of complaint Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If a complaint is made within 2 months, the complaint will always be within a reasonable time. The first thing you should do is check whether your product is covered by the direct support that applies to some manufacturers - that information can be found at www.tacdane.dk. If your defective item is covered by direct support, it must not be returned to Tacdane. Contacting the manufacturer or the service partner appointed by them increases the turnaround time and this often means faster case processing than with TacDane as an intermediary. We encourage you to make a statement about the product's fault or deficiency in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the processing time due to extensive fault finding.

Defective products that are covered by the right of complaint will then be switched to an hourly rate. If you do not want TacDane to carry out extensive troubleshooting, the defective product must be disassembled and sent separately. When you want to advertise, we ask you to create an RMA request in advance, although this is not a requirement

The defective product must be sent to our address: TacDane, Nygade 23, 6650 Brørup.

When you return the item, please state the sender on the shipment and, if applicable, issued RMA number (return number). Alternatively, a copy of the invoice with the reason for the return is attached.

Please note – we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar consignee-paid shipments.

Remember to always send the item back in proper packaging (preferably the original), and we encourage you to get a receipt from the carrier so that you can follow the package to us - at the same time, this usually also provides insurance for the contents if this should be lost or damaged . When your complaint case has been approved by us, and accepted as a private purchase, we will automatically send you a postal label that you can use to send the item back at no cost. Please wait for this before sending the item to us. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified. However, we recommend that you contact us or create an RMA case so that we can send you a return shipping slip in advance.

Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and/or that are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to TacDane's expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.

Information on appeal possibilities If you want to complain about your purchase of a product or service or the handling of your case, please do so in writing to TacDane at the email address kontakt@tacdane.dk, with a detailed description of what happened and the desired action, alternatively via registered letter to our address: TacDane, Nygade 23, 6650 Brørup. In this way, your inquiry will be dealt with by a manager and you will get a reply back as soon as possible - please be aware that the matter will be investigated thoroughly before you get a reply, so it may well take a few days before a reply is received. If an acceptable solution cannot be reached directly with TacDane, a complaint can be made to one of the following;

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. 9. Returned goods that do not contain errors When sending defective or incorrect goods to TacDane, where a fault or defect, defined and indicated by the customer, is not detected (or the fault is not covered by warranty / right of complaint), the product will be returned to the customer including a test fee. The test fee is DKK 535 per hour incl. the VAT test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.

10. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR BUSINESS OPERATORS The same sales conditions apply as for consumers, however with the following modifications; There is no right of withdrawal for traders. There is a 1-year right of complaint from the original invoice date, TacDane reserves the right of ownership to goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs in connection with enforcement of the retention of title are borne by the buyer. Interest accrues from the due date at 8.7% per started month.

10. Your personal information In order for you to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information: . name. address. telephone number. email address. (CVR no. for traders)

We register your personal data only for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with TacDane and stored for 5 years (5 years due to requirements from the Accounting Act), after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The data controller is: The owner of TacDane. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

The information submitted to www.tacdane.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information. As registered with TacDane, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to TacDane via e-mail: kontakt@tacdane.dk.
